All sale and discounted items from promotions are FINAL. We do not accept any returns, exchanges or refunds on these sales. Please email us if you need fit advice or sizing help before purchasing. Someone will be happy to help you with any of these questions.
You may RETURN your order for any reason within 14 day of delivery, for store credit or exchange. We do not do REFUNDS on RETURNS due to the costs we incur.
HOW TO RETURN
See below for more info on returns and exchanges. Please email us before sending back any returns and for return address information at email@example.com.
Please label the package clearly with your name and order number, so we may promptly credit you when it arrives.
Due to the ongoing pandemic and increased logistics costs, we do not accept returns or exchanges outside of US and Canada.
Our manufacturer is a high quality company, but in the event our garment has a flaw, you may email us to discuss a full refund or a free return for exchange or credit. These refunds will be dealt with on a case to case basis, and are up to the discretion of management. This is to protect us, and prevent a customer from damaging a garment to try to receive a refund. If we are at fault, we will happily refund your purchase price and cover the shipping of returning the garment.
We accept exchanges (for new style or new size) or exchange for store credit (with no expiration date). Returns will only be accepted within 14 days of delivery.
On return of your items you will be issued a credit code for the value of the product and any taxes paid. We do not include the shipping costs in your credit value, as these costs were paid to the delivery company, in order to deliver your order.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
If your order received free shipping (All Domestic orders over $300; All International orders over $500), we will not provide a prepaid return label. You must cover the costs to return your items.
If your order had paid shipping, we will provide you a prepaid return label.
When using a credit code to purchase your new items, you will be prompted to pay for the shipping on your new order.
Outside of the US: You are required to pay the shipping cost on returns, regardless of original shipping paid on order.
PreOrders: when a All pre-order items are manufactured specifically for you. Due to this, there are costs involved in your production, so we cannot accept canceled orders. Please allow a 2 week window around our expected ship date due to the ongoing pandemic delays all manufacturing businesses have been dealing with. If you need to exchange for another style or size, or would like a credit instead, just let us know! If the item you receive is not as described, please send us an email and we can discuss options.
Sugar Stitch Clothing is a VERY small business. Please be aware that it may take 14 DAYS to process & pack your order. This is not a large scale team working at a large warehouse. It can take another 5-7 days, from when your label is created, for updates to happen on movement. These times can increase during busy holiday months. Once your order is with the shipping company WE DO NOT HAVE ANY UPDATES & IT IS OUT OF OUR HANDS. We have the same information you have.
DO NOT HARASS SUGAR STITCH CLOTHING ABOUT YOUR ORDER IF IT HAS A LABEL CREATED, OR IS WITHIN THE ABOVE TIME FRAME OF EVENTS!
WE SHIP FROM USPS, UPS, AND FEDEX FOR ALL DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS.
Customs/Duties & Other Fees:
Duties and taxes may apply on all international orders. These are charged by your country, are due on delivery, and are a variable price based on the value of the package, brokerage fees and taxes at the point of entry. These are the responsibility of the customers to pay to accept your package. If customs are not paid, and the package is returned to sender, we WILL NOT REFUND your order.
